Hannah is a qualified Personal Trainer and fitilates instructor. Having completed her education through Premier Training International; canfitro and the fitilates Academy she is extremely passionate and always looking for new ways to add to her knowledge, so she can make every class or training session even better and more effective for the client.
Growing up in England she danced and figure skated from the age of three, although her real passion for fitness and healthy living did not begin until University. Hannah injects a healthy amount of her trademark British humor into every session and likes to focus on the fun that can be had whilst working out.
In her spare time Hannah enjoys working out, traveling, drinking tea and most importantly spending lots of time with her family and friends.

Defy Expectations. This is the mantra for how Shawna approaches her life and work.
Shawna spent the early part of her career as a research scientist at the University of Toronto before transitioning to post-secondary teaching after her daughters were born. In 2011, a move to Santiago, Chile allowed her to re-evaluate her passions and priorities. Upon her return to Canada in 2014, Shawna seized the opportunity to turn her life-long commitment to fitness and wellness in to her profession. She joined the Infinite team as a practicum student in September of 2016 and never left.
Shawna’s personal athletic journey started with cross-country running in high school and has included stops for over a dozen half-marathons (destination races are her favourite); a full marathon; and triathlons of various distances. In July of 2016 she kicked off a new decade by completing her first Ironman 70.3 triathlon.
Shawna brings her unique life experience, science education, and teaching background to all her training sessions. She wants to help you find the courage to set big goals and then coach and support you at every step of the way as you achieve them. With her infectious energy, positive attitude and ”work hard, play hard” mentality, Shawna’s goal is to help you defy your own expectations.

Starting at a young age, Alara grew up a dancer and continued into adulthood before choosing to pursue the career of personal training. Dancing professionally as mainly a ballet dancer, Alara joined the team with a wide range of knowledge especially in the realm of human movement.
Alara strives to help clients not just to exercise, but to MOVE their bodies to keep them mobile and strong. Her enthusiasm to help others reach their goals really highlights what the infinite team has to offer as exercise professionals.
She brings energy and passion to every client that walks in our doors, and strives to help her clients step out of their comfort zones to become the best versions of themselves as possible. She believes that the true first step is to show up, which allows the magic to truly happen, and an opportunity for growth!
Alara expresses the importance of taking care of the mind along side the body, to achieve any goal possible. With the support, guidance, and knowledge Alara brings, she can take you to levels you never thought possible!

Jessica’s passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious. She strongly believes that by living an active lifestyle you are able to truly live your life to the fullest! Her approach with clients is one based on trust and open communication. Once goals are set and an action plan is developed, her top priority is to educate, motivate and coach you to ensure those goals are met. With your commitment, Jessica guarantees you will succeed!
Jessica has been recognized as a fitness expert for national magazines including Chatelaine and Canadian Health. She has also won numerous awards for her work in the industry as both a trainer and a manager. Her personal goal of inspiring the world to fitness does not end with clients but extends to other fitness professionals as well.
As a former canfitpro PRO TRAINER she takes great pride in educating and training up and coming professionals. Jessica welcomes any questions that you have and looks forward to helping you achieve all your health and fitness goals!

Paula Pascual

Paula’s fitness journey started twenty years ago when she started exercising to loose baby weight after the birth of her first two kids. Wasn’t long after, she was teaching step classes and started running. After her twins were born, she realized her passion for health and wellness through impacting participants in classes, and began her fitness journey.

In-between raising kids, Paula acquired different certifications to teach many styles of fitness classes but after taking STOTT Pilates ten years ago, knew that was her favourite.

Paula’s philosophy is ‘Live your Passion’and that is why she’s thrilled to have the opportunity to share her passion through teaching Pilates. Aligning the body and mind is the foundation for all movement through activities to everyday life. Paula believes in helping participants create strong, mindful movement in order to achieve fitness goals

Paula’s personal athletic journey continues as she’s training for running events and her favourite, 70.3 triathlons.
Crossing finish lines and reaching goals fuels her passion everyday.

Elise Ure

My motto that I live by is ….. "Turn intensions into actions …. One step at a time.”.
I began in the Fitness industry in 2007 and I have never looked back. Through out my journey I have attained a large variety of Fitness certifications, thus allowing me to offer a wide range of options and experiences. I am also a Fitness Professional, Educator and Mentor. Healthy living is my belief and I am excited to to meet you along your personal journey.
fitilates Reformer Pilates classes combine Joseph Pilates methodologies with modern day advances in exercise science. Focus is on strengthening and lengthening your entire body while learning to initiate the movement from the core. Proper alignment, technique and postures are stressed while learning important principles such as centering, opposition and control. Classes are limited to 5 participants; individual attention, pacing and modifications are provided.
