Starting at a young age, Alara grew up a dancer and continued into adulthood before choosing to pursue the career of personal training. Dancing professionally as mainly a ballet dancer, Alara joined the team with a wide range of knowledge especially in the realm of human movement.
 
Alara strives to help clients not just to exercise, but to MOVE their bodies to keep them mobile and strong. Her enthusiasm to help others reach their goals really highlights what the infinite team has to offer as exercise professionals.
 
She brings energy and passion to every client that walks in our doors, and strives to help her clients step out of their comfort zones to become the best versions of themselves as possible. She believes that the true first step is to show up, which allows the magic to truly happen, and an opportunity for growth!
 
Alara expresses the importance of taking care of the mind along side the body, to achieve any goal possible. With the support, guidance, and knowledge Alara brings, she can take you to levels you never thought possible!

Maddy Gagnon

Maddy grew up playing team sports: ringette and field hockey were her main passions! After high school, Maddy continued to pursue her interest in fitness by studying Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. Within the second year of her degree, Maddy completed her Personal Training certification through CanFitPro, and began training.
 
Post-certification, Maddy’s interest in fitness shifted from a focus on team sports, to more gym-based fitness with an emphasis on sport specific training and weight lifting--and she never looked back! Maddy's training style has been greatly influenced by this interest!
 
A typical session with Maddy involves a focus on coordination, balance, strength, and endurance, to use in everyday activities to improve your quality of life. No matter the goals, a good quality of life is the starting point.

Jessica’s passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious. She strongly believes that by living an active lifestyle you are able to truly live your life to the fullest! Her approach with clients is one based on trust and open communication. Once goals are set and an action plan is developed, her top priority is to educate, motivate and coach you to ensure those goals are met. With your commitment, Jessica guarantees you will succeed!
 
Jessica has been recognized as a fitness expert for national magazines including Chatelaine and Canadian Health. She has also won numerous awards for her work in the industry as both a trainer and a manager. Her personal goal of inspiring the world to fitness does not end with clients but extends to other fitness professionals as well.
 
As a former canfitpro PRO TRAINER she takes great pride in educating and training up and coming professionals. Jessica welcomes any questions that you have and looks forward to helping you achieve all your health and fitness goals!

He has been working as a fitness professional since 1992 and has had the opportunity to work with all walks of lives including the professional athlete to those just wanting to get started. His energy and passion for this industry is renewed on a daily basis when working with both clients and fellow Infinite team members. He has also been awarded a Quality Leadership Award for his contribution as a fitness professional and his ability to inspire a team of other professionals.
 
Tristan believes that all goals are achievable and with his coaching and education you are guaranteed to get there!

Melinda Froehlich

Melinda Froehlich is a graduate of the NAIT personal fitness training program, a certified CSEP CPT, and an NASM certified corrective exercise specialist.
 
Melinda believes it is important to live an active and healthy lifestyle but also believes BALANCE is key. Growing up with health challenges gave her an understanding of pain and motivated her to want to help others alleviate their pain and discomfort regarding muscle imbalances.
 
She wants to help her clients become fully aware of their full capabilities, to be the best versions of themselves possible, and to simply live pain free, happy, and healthy lives.

Maggie Keeler

Maggie has been involved in, and has had a passion for, fitness and physical activity for as long as she can remember! Maggie's personal athletic background includes a very successful history of playing the sport of Ringette--she has played on teams that won several Alberta Provincial championships, including participation in the Canada Winter Games and two National Championships. Maggie's participation in high caliber sports taught her the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
 
Maggie joined the Infinite Fitness team approximately two years ago as a Customer Service Representative. After watching the trainers of Infinite Fitness and the positive impact they had on clients' lives and fitness goals, Maggie was inspired to branch out and start a personal training career of her own.
 
Maggie believes that anyone is capable of anything if they put their mind to it. It doesn't matter where you are starting from, just that you are starting!
