Fit-ilates Reformer Classes are a contemporary approach to Joseph Pilates original method. Created by Jessica Zapata, her approach to reformer work combines Pilates exercises with contemporary fitness and science. With over a decade in the fitness industry and experience working with clients from all walks of life, including Cirque du Soliel performers, the fit-ilates workout is designed to change the way you think about movement.

Classes focus on posture, body awareness, centering, control, flow, opposition and intention while giving you a workout that is second to none!

As Joseph Pilates always said: In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference and in 30 you will have a whole new body.
