Created by Jessica Zapata, her approach to reformer work combines Pilates exercises with contemporary fitness and science. With over a decade in the fitness industry and experience working with clients from all walks of life, including Cirque du Soliel performers, the fit-ilates workout is designed to change the way you think about movement.
Classes focus on posture, body awareness, centering, control, flow, opposition and intention while giving you a workout that is second to none!
