We don't believe that one style fits all which is why we offer you a diverse class schedule. With over 25 classes a week to choose from, you can pick the style of class that suits your goals and personality!


All classes are taught by the best in the business, providing you a fun, effective and safe workout.


What is Signature Group Fitness?

Our Signature Group Fitness classes are unique to Infinite Fitness! They have been developed by certified fitness professionals and include such classes as Infinite Ride (spin), TRX Circuit, Mat fitilates (Pilates) and Infinite Strength.

Classes range from 8 to 20 participants and are open to all fitness levels and abilities.


Why Choose Group Fitness Classes?

Group Fitness classes are the perfect solution for those that are looking for a fun community to workout with. Classes are set to upbeat music and being social is encouraged! Studies have actually shown that those involved in Group Fitness classes, stick with it longer than those who try to do it on their own! They can also be a great supplement to your Personal Training or workouts as a cross-training alternative.


What Classes Do You Offer? What's Your Class Schedule Like?

We offer classes 7 days a week, starting as early as 5:30am and as late as 8pm (plus everything in between)!

We believe diversity in your programming is important so we offer classes designed to target your cardio, strength, flexibility and some even hit all three! We have a state-of-the-art cycling studio which houses all our Ride and Cycle classes. Strength and Circuit classes are done in our Sport Performance studio which offers us the use of a variety of equipment and turf. fitilates classes happen in our NY-loft style studio, giving you a much needed escape from the every day!

Do I Need to Be Fit to Participate?

No! Classes are designed to increase your fitness and are for all levels and abilities. Modifications for both beginner and advance participants are always given and we encourage you to listen to your body (and instructor) throughout.

If you have any injuries, it's always a great idea to meet with the instructor a few minutes before to give them the heads up so that they can advise you appropriately.


Can I Drop In or Do I Need to Sign Up in Advance?

All of our Signature Group Fitness classes offer you the ability to sign up in advance or to drop in, as long as there is space in the class. We strongly encourage all of our participants to sign up in advance to ensure that you won't be turned away at the door and so that the class can be set up appropriately for the expected number of participants. It is easy to sign up for classes directly through our website or by downloading the MindBody app on your phone.


What if I Need to Cancel?

Classes can be cancelled online or by calling the studio directly (780-435-7111). Due to potential waitlist, we encourage you to cancel online so that they next participant can be notified immediately.

All classes require 7 hours or more notice to cancel. Cancellations within the 7 hour window will result in a late cancellation fee or forfeit of the class.


What is the Late Cancellation Fee? Why Do You Have One?

The cancellation fee of $10 for unlimited memberships, or the loss of a class on a class pass, is there for a few reasons;

  1. To keep you accountable. We know that bailing on yourself is the easy out but isn't always the choice you should make. Having a small fee attached to a late cancellation makes it easier to stay committed to your goals and we know that's what will give you results!
  2. To prevent people from signing up and no-showing for classes. This hurts the instructor and the potential participants hoping to get into a busy class.


It's My First Time - What Should I Expect?

Plan to arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes prior to class starting. This will give you a chance to get orientated to the studio, change and fill out all necessary paper work. Your instructor will also show you how to properly set up any equipment needed for the class, and fit you properly for the bike in a Ride class.

We provide locks, towels, water cooler and basic amenities. Bring clothes to move in, a water bottle, indoor shoes, a mat (if you have for fitilates classes) and your energy!


What if I am Going to be Late?

We know that life happens and we firmly live by the rule that some of a workout is better than no workout. Provided the class is not full, you will still be allowed to enter the class. We ask that you do so with minimal disruptions to others and take your first 5-10 minutes at a decreased intensity to ensure that you are properly warmed up to avoid injuries.


What Happens After the Intro Offer?

After participating for 2 weeks, we hope you love it here as much as we do! We have a few different options based on your frequency and commitment.

  • BEST DEAL - $55 biweekly for unlimited classes based on 8-month commitment
  • $75 biweekly for unlimited classes, no minimum commitment
  • 10 Class Pass for $185
  • Ask Us About Our Student Membership (age 12-25)
