Taught by certified Infinite Fitness personal trainers and instructors, each class is committed to providing you a group fitness experience that encourages you to achieve balance, strength, cardio and flexibility in your everyday life. We believe that a healthy, balanced lifestyle means something different to everyone and we provide you with options to make that commitment.
Our Infinite Ride (cycling) classes are one of the best calorie torchers out there. TRX increases your strength and stamina. PASS increases your Power, Agility, Speed & Strength. Pilates Mat and Core Conditioning gives you strength from the inside out! Try our exclusive hybrid class Cycle & Strength (the true HIIT class). Our Release class is perfect to work on those tight areas in your body and have a great night sleep.
Whatever your goal, whatever your level, we welcome you to come be inspired and workout with us. We offer over 30 drop-in group fitness classes a week – from indoor cycling, TRX training to Pilates.
